As a Physiotherapist on this team, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, delivering personalized care that enhances mobility, function, and quality of life-right where clients feel most comfortable.

Your Impact
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement tailored physiotherapy programs that boost functional independence and promote health at home.
• Provide expert advice on equipment needs and prescribe assistive devices to support client safety and mobility.
• Educate clients and caregivers on self-management strategies and injury prevention.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, leveraging digital tools to enhance communication and continuity of care.

Work-Life Balance & Schedule
Enjoy a balanced workweek with a consistent schedule: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) | Every second Tuesday (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

A valid driver's license is required as you will travel to clients' homes using your personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) or an assigned fleet vehicle.
