Responsibilities:- Conducting assessments
- Formulating goals and recommendations
- Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
Requirements:- A graduate of an accredited program in Physiotherapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes.
- Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- A positive work and attendance record is essential
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications
- This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
