Our women's health clinic offers obstetric and gynecologic care to women and LGBTQ individuals for many conditions including high risk pregnancy, prenatal diagnosis, genetic counseling, fibroids, office management of incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, as well as gynecologic surgery. We offer advanced ultrasound under the direction of our maternal fetal medicine specialists and can assist patients in accessing doula care, pelvic floor physical therapy, lactation support.
We recognize the critical impact of mental health on new parents and families. We are proud to collaborate with embedded psychiatry providers in our clinic as well as the Mother-Baby program, as part of the Redleaf Center for Family Healing, which offers a range of multi-generation, trauma-informed mental health services to support pregnant individuals and families with children ages newborn to 5 years old.
We are seeking a BE/BC obstetrician and gynecologist physician to care for patients at both our downtown and community clinics.
This position could accommodate someone seeking 0.8-1.0 FTE. A great benefit package accompanies this opportunity. In-house call coverage is approximately 3-4 nights per month which includes rotating weekend call about every 5 weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Women's health and wellness clinic
- Inpatient and outpatient obstetrical care
- Inpatient and outpatient gynecological care
- Educating and mentoring medical students and residents
- Provide consultation to midwifery division team members and family medicine physician colleagues
Minimum Qualifications:- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an OB/GYN residency program
- Board-Eligible/Board-Certified in Ob/Gyn
- If Board-Eligible, must be certified within 4 years of completing training
- Current license to practice as a Physician in the State of Minnesota (or eligibility)
