Interventional Radiologist - Interventional Oncology

CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center | Shreveport, Louisiana

CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interventional Radiologist with expertise in Interventional Oncology to join our growing physician team in Shreveport, Louisiana. This is an exceptional opportunity to build and expand advanced minimally invasive cancer therapies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

  • Lead and grow a comprehensive Interventional Oncology program.
  • Perform a broad range of advanced image-guided procedures, including tumor ablation, embolization therapies, venous access interventions, and other minimally invasive oncologic treatments.
  • Collaborate closely with medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, hepatology, and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
  • Access to modern imaging technology and procedural resources.

  • Strong referral network and expanding patient population throughout the Ark-La-Tex region.

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship training in Vascular & Interventional Radiology.
  • Demonstrated expertise and interest in Interventional Oncology.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Louisiana.
