JOB DESCRIPTION
Stamford Health is seeking an Internal Medicine primary care physician to join an established practice of 4 providers. One of the physicians is retiring by the end of the year and leaving behind a full panel of patients.
Highlights:
- 100% outpatient, M - F, 36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin time
- See 18-20 patients per day
- Will be assigned a medical assistant and front office support
- Call is 1:5, phone call only; light averaging 0 - 5 calls per night when on call
- Practice Location in charming downtown Darien, within walking distance of the beach
- Generous sign-on bonus and relocation bonus
- Market competitive salary + wRVU incentives
- 31 days PTO
- 5 days CME and $3500 stipend
Compensation is commensurate with experience, starting salary range: $292,423 - $326,086 addition to an attractive wRVU annual incentive package, sign-on bonus, relocation bonus and annual quality bonus.
The ideal candidate has excellent people skills, enjoys learning and a desire to provide excellent patient care to all patients. The community of Darien is next to the Long Island Sound shoreline, and just about an hour to NYC and LaGuardia Airport, 30 minutes to Westchester Airport.
