Opportunity InformationSutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire Hospitalists to join their established Hospitalist Program in Jackson, CA.Flexible Schedule:- 13 shifts per month
- 12-hour day shifts (avg workload of 11 - 14 patients)
- 12-hour night shifts (avg workload of 2-6 admits)
- Differentials for night shifts
Program Structure includes:- ICU Coverage (6 bed)
- Vent Management
Scheduling:
- Schedules are made 3 months in advance
- Physicians can expect to work a mix of rounding and night admit shifts every month
- Physicians (in general) have 2 weekends off each month
- Rounding is scheduled in 5-7-day blocks; can be longer or shorter if preferred
QualificationsBoard Certified/Eligible in Hospital Medicine by ABIM
Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and team-based practice skills
Licensure & Certifications
Valid California medical license required prior to start

Full-time annual compensation is $323,930+ bonuses and differentials.
