HighlightsCommunity Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of practice experience.
- Outpatient only
- Shared call schedule
- EPIC EMR
- Full onsite lab services
- Large group of specialists based nearby on the south side and at Community Hospital South
Licensure & Certifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Desired Requirements- Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
