PRACTICE SPECIFICS - We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our team (2 Adult Endocrinologists: one in Duluth, MN, and one in Ashland, WI, 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist, 8 NP/PAs in Duluth, MN, and 1 NP in Ashland, WI, and 18 additional staff).

- Inpatient coverage at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center, a 344-bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult Trauma Center -or- Essentia Health-Duluth, a 165-bed hospital - both located on the same connected campus.
- Call is in effect for providers during office business hours only and triaged through our RN team first. An NP/PA team covers all hospital glucose management.
- Capability to apply and analyze latest diabetes related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.
- Primarily outpatient practice: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
- Some outreach possible.
- No evening, weekend, or holiday call.
- Patient volume/day: 10-15.
REQUIREMENTS - BC/BE in Endocrinology, or
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a strong interest in Diabetes care.

COMPENSATION - $344,349 for BC/BE Endocrinologist. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
