Summit Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing practice specializing in knees, hips, and shoulders.

**Position Overview:**
The Physician Assistant will play a key role in delivering high-quality orthopedic care in both clinic and surgical settings. This position offers a balance of independent patient care and close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons.
- Average of 25• 30 patient visits per day in clinic
- Primarily clinic-based during the first year, with the opportunity to expand into surgical assistance
- Collaborative, team-based care model with strong clinical support

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive orthopedic patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Perform procedures including injections, wound care, and bracing
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and recovery expectations

- Perform hospital rounds and patient assessments
- Respond to after-hours patient inquiries and clinical questions

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Competitive salary (generally ranging from approximately $130,000• $165,000 based on experience and progression)
