As a Physician Assistant (PA), you'll practice full-scope medicine, from comprehensive assessments to hands-on procedures like suturing and joint injections, backed by AI copilots that cut your charting time. Modern tools, flexible schedules, and a team that has your back, so you can focus on patients, not paperwork.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Clinical care & procedures: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, and perform procedures like suturing, wound care, abscess drainage, joint injections, and splinting.
  • Patient experience & flow: Support patients through their care journey with clear communication, run telemedicine visits, handle follow-ups (lab results, refills, messages), and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and front office staff to keep flow moving.
  • Tech-enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for clinical decision support and streamlined workflow, keeping records timely and complete.
  • Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside supervising physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and join performance feedback and quality improvement.
