Just earned your PA license? Start strong at our Astoria clinic. Earn $125,000 to $188,000 plus a sign-on bonus and up to $45,000 in quarterly performance bonuses. As a Physician Assistant (PA), you'll practice full-scope medicine, from comprehensive assessments to hands-on procedures like suturing and joint injections, backed by AI copilots that cut your charting time. New Grad Training Program: three months of 1:1 mentorship with a tenured provider, no independent patient load, and a clear path to your full provider role. Compensation + Perks

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Train with a tenured provider: Spend your first three months in 1:1 in-person clinical training plus a self-paced online didactic program, with no independent patient load.
  • Build full-scope skills: Learn to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions and perform procedures like suturing, wound care, and splinting, all under direct supervision.
  • Step into independent practice: After completing the program and skills-based competency testing, take on your full provider role.
  • Clinical care & procedures: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, and perform procedures like suturing, wound care, abscess drainage, joint injections, and splinting.
  • Patient experience & flow: Support patients through their care journey with clear communication, run telemedicine visits, handle follow-ups (lab results, refills, messages), and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and front office staff to keep flow moving.
  • Tech-enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for clinical decision support and streamlined workflow, keeping records timely and complete.
  • Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside supervising physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and join performance feedback and quality improvement.
  • Flexibility & growth: Complete ongoing training, join monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones, and stay flexible with scheduling, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
