Full Job Description
Location: Waco, TX (Hillcrest)
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (~130 hours/month)
Clinic Hours:
  • Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sat-Sun: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    Compensation: $60-$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus
    Benefits: Full benefits package available

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Waco (Hillcrest). This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, variety, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment.

You9ll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low-acuity presentations.
