PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're looking for a compassionate and driven Physician Assistant to join our BEST team ever! You'll work side by side with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and our talented care team to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a setting that values teamwork, respect, and a little bit of fun.

To support your BEST work, you'll have a dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe to streamline patient care and documentation so you can focus on what matters most: your patients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Physically examine patients; perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
  • Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical history.
  • Record symptoms; update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
  • Order and interpret laboratory test results.
  • Make diagnoses; analyze test data and determine need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
  • Develop a treatment plan that may include applicable therapies.
  • Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments.
  • Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity.
  • Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health.
  • Collaborate closely with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Active Texas PA license.
  • National PA certification (NCCPA).


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years as a Physician Assistant.
  • Background in Family Practice.


GOOD TO KNOW:

  • Vaccination not required.
  • We Do NOT Disclose Vaccination Status.


COMPENSATION:

  • We offer a highly competitive Provider compensation package, including a base salary of $125,000-$135,000 PLUS bi-weekly and quarterly performance-based bonuses.
