Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment to various inpatient and outpatient diagnoses.
  • Report daily to the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Document patient care and treatment progress accurately.

Compensation

Salary Range: $32.48 - $45.22 per hour

 

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Physical Therapy Assistant - One (1) Full-Time Position Available

 

Position Available

Physical Therapist Assistant provides treatment to a variety of in and outpatient diagnoses. He/she reports daily to the appropriate Physical Therapist who is supervising patient activities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s degree
  • Six (6) or more months experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant License by the Physical Therapy Board of California

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (OVCH Campus)
  • Basic knowledge of Word processing software.
