In this role,youllevaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress.Youllcollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care whilemaintainingstrong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history

• Diagnosing patients byobservingtheir movements and listening to their concerns

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients9 pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury

• Recording patient progressandmodifyingtheplan of care as needed

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
