Responsibilities
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical fieldwork
Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment
Compensation: $90K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, withadditional earning potential for clinicians interested in a higher-volume caseload model, plus additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
