Emp Status Regular Full time Work Shift Compensation Range The base pay scale for this position is $85,000.00 - $85,000.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. What you will be doing • Manages all aspects of case load management. • Document and bills in timely manner per department guidelines. • Maintains and/or exceeds productivity expectations as per Rehab guidelines. • Maintains and develops competence through required training, in-service and continuing educational programs. • Participates in education of staff, community and healthcare professionals (i.e. in-services and community/professional education). • Follows departmental procedures for documentation required including Dimensions, vacation requests, weekend switches, fee for service and continuing education reimbursements, as applicable. • Is flexible with handling changes in the Section as they arise and accommodates to support department and hospital strategic initiatives. • Participates in departmental Quality Improvement initiatives to promote clinical and/or operational excellence. • Meets stated expectations of residency/fellowship program
