Our Mentorship Program
- Dedicated 1:1 mentorship sessions with a deep bench of highly credentialed, board-certified DPT mentors
- Intentional mentor matching and access across a wide range of clinical expertise
- Train to practice at the true depth and breadth of the profession
- Strengthen your ability to evaluate, assess, and make sound clinical decisions
- Develop decision-making grounded in best evidence, provider expertise, and patient values

Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation (with benefits): Up to $130,000+
- Salary: Reduced salary for 3 month training period then up to $120,000+

Schedule & Caseload
- 1-2 patients per hour - not a high-volume model
- Flexible scheduling: 30-50 hours per week
- Option to design a 3, 4, or 5-day workweek

- Low Patient Volume to support Learning and Development
- 1:1 Mentorship Program with Experienced Clinicians on Staff
