Our Mentorship Program
  • Dedicated 1:1 mentorship sessions with a deep bench of highly credentialed, board-certified DPT mentors
  • Intentional mentor matching and access across a wide range of clinical expertise
  • Train to practice at the true depth and breadth of the profession
  • Strengthen your ability to evaluate, assess, and make sound clinical decisions
  • Develop decision-making grounded in best evidence, provider expertise, and patient values

Compensation & Benefits
  • Total Compensation (with benefits): Up to $130,000+
  • Salary: Reduced salary for 3 month training period then up to $120,000+

Schedule & Caseload
  • 1-2 patients per hour - not a high-volume model
  • Flexible scheduling: 30-50 hours per week
  • Option to design a 3, 4, or 5-day workweek

  • In-person CEU courses with industry experts + Medbridge access
  • Low Patient Volume to support Learning and Development
  • 1:1 Mentorship Program with Experienced Clinicians on Staff
