Your Responsibilities:- Create and implement customized treatment plans for patients with varying conditions.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and progress.
- Work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records according to industry standards.
- Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through continuous education and training.
RequirementsEducation: Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Experience: New graduates are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
