Responsibilities- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Provide hands-on therapy in the comfort of patients' homes

Qualifications- Current and active Physical Therapy License
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
