Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) program.

Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 annually + incentive opportunityAbout the OpportunityThe Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will work closely with community leadership to develop expertise in all aspects of assisted living operations, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
This role provides a pathway to a Clinical Director position while offering valuable experience in leadership, business operations, and healthcare management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the overall clinical operations of the community.
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and clinical standards.
- Participate in staff coaching, training, and performance management.
- Promote a culture of quality care, accountability, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop the leadership and operational skills necessary to transition into a Clinical Director role.

Required Qualifications- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any additional state-required certifications or licenses.
- Minimum one year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, senior living, or a related healthcare setting.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
