Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required
• Pediatric experience required, ideally in Early Intervention
• Preferred experience in home-based service delivery
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and deliver physical therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model
• Adhere to each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and collaborate with families
• Use a family-centered coaching approach to empower caregivers and ensure retention of skills
• Deliver therapy in natural settings like homes and daycare centers
• Perform re-assessments and write bi-annual progress reports
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information as per HIPAA and other regulations
