Full Job Description
Licensed Physical Therapist

Full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities available, with weekend incentives!
Locations include: Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown, Gloucester, Kilmarnock, Norfolk and Virginia Beach!
Same Day Pay!
Employee Referral Bonus!
30, 60 or 90 day contracts available!

$45-$60/hour (all inclusive)

The Licensed Physical Therapist provides individualized therapy services that help residents achieve their highest level of function while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities for Licensed Physical Therapist:
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and resident goals.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Monitor resident progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and accurately document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Communicate resident progress, needs, and recommendations with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in care planning meetings, facility committees, and community education initiatives as appropriate.
  • Maintain professional standards of practice while protecting resident rights and confidentiality.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain clinical competency and stay current with best practices.
