Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions focused on functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals and implement innovative programs.
- Supervise and mentor assistants, aides, and students to ensure excellence in care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and stay ahead with continuing education and clinical skills.
What We Are Looking For- Education: Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum.
- License: Current, active, and unencumbered state licensure with CPR certification.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and a professional presentation.
- Experience: Long-term care experience preferred; must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to meet the physical demands of resident care, including lifting and intermittent movement.
