Physical Therapist to join our exceptional

As a leading provider of short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, we offer a fast-paced, patient-centered therapy program that operates seven days a week. Our goal is simple: deliver outstanding outcomes while creating a supportive workplace where clinicians can thrive.
What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence by developing personalized rehabilitation programs focused on maximizing independence and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with California State Practice Act guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Recommend durable medical equipment (DME) and educate patients and families on safe mobility and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
