- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Hourly Rates Starting at $45/hr *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.
- Full-Time, FLOAT between 2, Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Salem, KY

- Telehealth Option available for PRN! Supervisory Role - *Candidate MUST reside in the state of KY and hold a valid, KY State License of Physical Therapy!
As a
Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.
Qualifications:- Physical Therapy license in state of employment
- Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
