$45-$50/hourLTC Therapy Services is seeking a motivated
Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Quincy. This is an excellent opportunity to provide individualized care while helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
What You'll Do- Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled interventions focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, mobility, and endurance
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies
- Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
