Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time

$45-$50/hour

LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions, illness, and mobility decline while supporting functional recovery and independence.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy focused on strength, balance, gait training, mobility, endurance, and pain management
  • Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
