We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence.
What You'll Do:- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on strength, balance, and functional mobility
- Supervise PTA staff and support care delivery
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Complete timely documentation
