Essential Job Functions The role of Physical Therapist focuses on improving the physical health, mobility, and overall well-being of our employees through assessment, treatment, and education. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for employees with musculoskeletal issues, work-related injuries, or physical performance concerns. Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modality application. Collaborate with other wellness staff to deliver integrated care and wellness programming. Educate employees on proper body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention techniques. Assist with ergonomic assessments and workstation modifications as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with Pasco County and legal standards. Participate in wellness events, health fairs and screenings, and educational workshops with the organization. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum RequirementsPHYSICAL SKILLS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written and visual communication. Requires frequent standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and squatting. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree and two (2) years of clinical experience
OR a Master's in Physical Therapy Degree and four (4) years of clinical experience. Experience in ergonomics, occupational health, or corporate wellness required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or workplace wellness setting preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid Florida driver's license. Must be a licensed to practice as a physical therapist by The Florida Board of Physical Therapy. Current CPR certification required.
