About

Compensation: $75K-90K + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs!Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
