Position Summary

Plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, and NY State registration and licensure.

Required Experience:
2 years' practicum experience including analyzing and planning client care therapies.

Preferred Experience:
2 years' experience as a physical therapist. Experience with Pelvic Floor PT and/or Dance Rehabilitation is a plus.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Valid NYS Physical Therapy License.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,000.00 to USD $87,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
