Job Description:StaffFlex contract, 13 weeks
$65.00/hr
Monday - Friday
9a - 5:30p or 8a - 6:30p
No on-call
- Performs evaluations and re-evaluations to assess patient conditions and progress.
- Establishes individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals.
- Discharges patients by completing necessary documentation and providing follow-up recommendations.
- Documents patient care activities accurately and timely in the medical record.
- Charges for services rendered according to established billing procedures.
- Educates patients and caregivers about treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions.
- Participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities.
- Supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.
- Maintains clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Meets productivity standards defined by the department.
- Adapts to changes in patient census by adjusting work hours and assisting in other centers or programs as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Entry level professional competency of Physical Therapy practices, theory, principles and applications as defined in competencies departmental policy [Required]
- Basic computer skills to include Outlook, Microsoft Office and Windows. [Preferred]

Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.
Licenses and Certifications:- Physical Therapist (PT) [Required] OR Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
