Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time Outpatient 3259 W Main St Ste 305 Norman, OK 73072

Join Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, as a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) and deliver patient-centered outpatient care in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Our Norman outpatient clinic provides individualized physical therapy for a broad patient population. Services include orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, pelvic health therapy, ergonomic assessment, and pre-employment/post-offer screening, giving clinicians exposure to a diverse range of diagnoses and treatment approaches.

Your Role:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
  • Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic team members
  • Document care accurately and support meaningful patient outcomes

Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification, as applicable
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
