Physical Therapist Location: Renton, Washington
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Job Summary:We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role with a one-patient-per-hour model. You'll guide patients through recovery by assessing their needs, creating treatment plans, and helping them build strength, stability, and better movement for daily life.
Responsibilities:- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations
- Identify patient goals and functional limitations
- Deliver individualized treatment sessions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and manual care
- Monitor response to treatment and revise plans when needed
- Educate patients on safe home routines
- Keep accurate records of care and progress
Requirements- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong assessment and patient communication skills
