  • Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery expectations
  • Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans based on progress
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals as needed

Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Independence, MO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Flow: 1-2 patients per hour
Pay Range: $80K-$90K for experienced Physical Therapists

About the Role

This Physical Therapist position offers a steady Monday-Friday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on each patient's recovery.

As a PT, your work will focus on helping patients move better, regain strength, improve function, and work toward goals that matter in everyday life. You will evaluate each patient, create a clear treatment plan, guide therapy sessions, and adjust care as progress is made.

What You'll Do
