Physical Therapist About the PositionThe Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, provide orthopedic treatment, guide recovery plans, and help patients improve movement, strength, and everyday function. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys outpatient care and wants flexibility in their weekly schedule.
Responsibilities- Evaluate new patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Treat patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, pain, and mobility limitations
- Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance work, and functional training
- Educate patients on recovery goals and home exercise programs
- Measure progress and update plans as needed
- Document patient care accurately
- Communicate with PTAs, staff, and referring providers when appropriate
Requirements- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT or MSPT Degree required
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in orthopedic rehab
- Good clinical problem-solving skills
BenefitsPay, Schedule, and Benefits- Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience
- Schedule: Flexible - 4-day schedule or Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
