Our established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience)

Performance Incentives
  • Monthly RVU-based bonus averaging $500-$2,000

Additional Incentive

What You'll Do
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
  • Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Promote patient safety, functional independence, and long-term wellness
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, regulatory, and professional standards
Qualifications
