Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience)
Performance Incentives- Monthly RVU-based bonus averaging $500-$2,000
Additional Incentive- $50,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus

What You'll Do- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
- Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Promote patient safety, functional independence, and long-term wellness
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, regulatory, and professional standards
QualificationsRequired- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic rehabilitation
Preferred- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Manual therapy experience
