Full-time RN Manager to primarily oversee our Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Program
*Candidates must have ECT or procedural nursing experience, behavioral health experience and leadership experience in order to be considered*
In this role, the RN Manager-ECT will Lead and coordinate outpatient ECT nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Conduct patient assessments, provide education and triage services, and respond effectively to changing clinical conditions using strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.
Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff through training, orientation, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives. Drive compliance with nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies while supporting risk management and patient safety efforts. Foster a collaborative team environment, resolve clinical and operational challenges, and leverage technology to enhance care coordination, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes.
Acadia Healthcare and Henry Ford Health System have formed a joint venture to develop, construct and operate a new state-of-the-art two story 192-bed behavioral health hospital. Henry Ford Behavioral Health Hospital will address the ongoing need for psychiatric access for the Greater Detroit Metro area. This hospital expands geographic coverage and enable care for a broader region of Southeast Michigan. Located in West Bloomfield, MI the newly constructed Henry Ford Behavioral Health Hospital will share the campus with Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
ResponsibilitiesPURPOSE STATEMENT:
Assists the DON/CNO with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of nursing for assigned units. Oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents92 physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints. Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as nursing practice stadards. Recognizes that patient safety is a top priority.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
BSN or higher strongly preferred
Current registered nursing license in State of facility required
Three years as a registered nurse strongly preferred
Two years of registered nursing experience required
Two years of prior experience as a registered nursing with patient population of the facility is preferred.
One year of prior experience with the population required
Prior experience as a house supervisor strongly preferred
One year of charge RN or other administrative experience required.
