The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to guests, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians27 orders.

Responsibilities
  • Screening patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
  • Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan.
  • Providing guidance and direction to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA27s).
  • Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
  • Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress.
  • Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises.
Qualifications
  • Newly credentialed grads are welcome to apply. Must be a graduate of an approved educational program in Physical Therapy.

  • Possess a valid state license.

  • Must have the ability to interact well with patients, family members, physicians, supervisor and staff
