Full Job Description
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques.
Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
