Physical Therapist - Clinic Director to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic in
Katy, Texas.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while mentoring clinicians, building strong relationships within the community, and driving clinic growth. Qualifications- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and team members
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
- Interest in clinic development and community outreach; marketing experience is a plus
- Self-motivated leader with a passion for mentoring and professional growth
- Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Additional InformationCompensation- Salary: $85,000-$92,000 (includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus)
