The Director of Physical Therapy serves as the clinical and operational leader of the clinic, creating a culture of excellence while ensuring outstanding patient care, exceptional team engagement, and sustainable clinic growth.

This role is responsible for mentoring clinicians, supporting business performance, strengthening referral relationships, and fostering a positive workplace where people love coming to work.

What You'll Do

Lead Your Team
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, aides, and front office staff.
  • Foster a collaborative, patient-first culture aligned withSportsCare'svalues.
  • Support onboarding, coaching, performance development, and employee engagement.
  • Create an environment where clinicians can grow professionally and personally.

Deliver Clinical Excellence
  • Provide exceptional evidence-based patient care.
  • Promote quality outcomes and best clinical practices.
  • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Support continuous clinical education and innovation.

Grow the Clinic
  • Build andmaintainrelationships with physicians, employers, athletic organizations, and community partners.
  • Support referral development and community outreach initiatives.

Lead Operations
