Job Details - Physical Therapist (PT)- Location: Central NH / South Central NH
- Position Type: W2 Employee Contract
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Pay: $45-$60 per hour (based on experience)
- Setting: School-based / Public schools (K-12)
Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities- Provide school-based physical therapy to pediatric students (K-12)
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Write and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group sessions)
- Improve student mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
- Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, and teachers
- Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive technology
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Qualifications - Physical Therapist (PT)- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
