Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Evaluate patients, formulate objective goals, and develop tailored treatment plans.

Clinical Execution: Implement evidence-based therapy programs in accordance with MD protocols.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain highly accurate clinical notes in a timely manner.

Professional Growth: Attend and participate in required educational meetings and conferences.

Mentorship & Innovation: Assist with student and volunteer education while facilitating new program development.

Experience: Outpatient therapy experience is preferred.

Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in evidence-based research and critical thinking.

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, NYS License.
Salary: $42.00-$46.00/hour, Full-time, Exempt
