Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant

Anticipated Territory: San Francisco County*

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in providing appropriate aspects of quality patient care and address the needs of individuals in their homes, so they can live safely and productively in their home environment.

What you'll do as a 21st Century Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant:

  • Examine each individual and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
  • Work with patients to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles.

To be a success as a 21st Century Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant:

  • License PTA in California
  • Home Health experience is highly preferred
  • Current CPR License
  • Current CA Driver's License
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Experience with high acuity patients is a plus

$85,000 - $160,000 a year

Estimated Wage range Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): 85,000.00 - 160,000.00 Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits and 401k (Up to 4% match
