Job OverviewThe Physical Therapist-PACE position provides high-quality services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease as they restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health. This position is responsible for evaluating individuals with mobility dysfunction and providing a plan of care that is specific to the individual's goals related to functional independence.
Minimum Requirements- Physical Therapist license issued by the State of California Physical Therapy Board is required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the frail elderly (Geriatric) and disabled populations
- A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
- Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
Compensation$51.26 - $64.08 hourly
