- Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement education
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term health strategies
- Complete timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications- Current California Physical Therapist License
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
- Excellent clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
Compensation & BenefitsAnnual Compensation:$89,500-$114,000Hourly Rate: $42-$46, based on experience
