Full Job Description
Job Description

Photo & Video Production Project Manager to join our Creative team. This is a newly created role - which means you'll have a rare and exciting opportunity to build the playbook from the ground up. You'll be the connective tissue between our Photo & Video Production, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Production, and Post Production teams, creating structure where there's opportunity and driving efficiency where it matters most.

At Fabletics, every product launch depends on having the right creative assets - on time, every time. This role owns that outcome. You'll be the person who ensures no creative falls through the cracks, that launch readiness is never in question, and that our photo and video production engine runs like clockwork. This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo - it's for a builder who thrives on turning ambiguity into action.

What You Will Do:

Process Development & Ownership
  • Assess current workflows and architect scalable project management processes for key content verticals including PDP video, PDP storytelling, Bundle requests, remerch requests, and ad hoc site changes.
  • Once processes are built, own them - implementing, managing, and continuously iterating based on team feedback and business needs.
  • Develop intake systems, timelines, and accountability frameworks that bring clarity and consistency to how photo and video requests are handled end-to-end.
  • Actively identify and implement AI-powered solutions to automate high-frequency, repeatable tasks - reducing manual lift and improving team throughput across the production workflow.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to creative production, championing adoption across your team and cross-functional partners.

Launch Readiness & Creative Accountability
  • Own launch readiness for all photo and video creative assets - ensuring that no product launch goes live with missing, incomplete, or delayed creative.
  • Build and maintain visibility tools (trackers, dashboards, status reports) that give stakeholders real-time confidence in where assets stand ahead of every launch.
  • Proactively flag risks, resolve blockers, and escalate where needed to protect launch timelines across turn-of-month and campaign cycles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Project Managers across the Ecomm, Merch, and Creative teams to align on turn-of-month and campaign launch calendars.
  • Manage resourcing requests from graphic design and copy teams, ensuring the right people are allocated to the right projects at the right time.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders to keep projects moving, escalate blockers proactively, and ensure deliverables land on time and on brand.

Post Production Partnership
  • Embed closely with our Post Production team to audit existing workflows, identify gaps, and co-develop solutions that improve throughput and quality.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner - bringing outside perspective and best practices to help Post Production evolve as the business scales.

What You Will Bring:

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a creative, production, or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing processes from scratch - not just inheriting and maintaining existing ones.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders across creative, merchandising, and digital teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Monday.com and/or Asana for project tracking and workflow management.
  • Familiarity with Frame.io for video review and approval workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for documentation and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and the ability to read the room in any cross-functional setting.
  • A bias toward action and a high tolerance for ambiguity; you don't wait to be told what to do next.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a DTC brand, fashion/apparel company, or high-volume content studio.
  • Background working with or alongside photo and video production teams, Post Production, or content operations.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce content workflows - PDPs, site merchandising, digital campaigns - is a major plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required.
  • Experience managing agency or freelance creative resources.

Who You Are:

  • A natural connector who builds trust quickly across teams and levels.
  • A systems thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to manage the details.
  • Obsessed with launch readiness - you take personal ownership over ensuring every product launch has complete, on-time creative, and nothing ships without it.
  • An AI early adopter who is genuinely excited to explore, experiment, and drive change through technology - always asking how AI can make the team faster and smarter.
  • Calm under pressure - you bring clarity and calm to high-stakes launches and tight timelines.
  • Relentlessly curious - you're always asking "why does this work this way?" and "how can we make it better?"
  • A collaborative spirit who leads with empathy, but isn't afraid to push back when it serves the team.
  • Someone who takes pride in making things work - and making them work better than before.
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
