Protivitiis looking for an Internal Audit & Financial Advisory Experienced Consultant to join ourgrowingteam.

As an Experienced Consultant, youll be provided excellent training and meaningful mentorship to deepen your understanding of business processes and build technical skills.You conduct interviews, compile, and analyze data, and document findings. Through interaction with client and project team personnel, you develop professional relationships that contribute to exceptional client service. You learn time and project management and take ownership of assignments.

Experiencewithor understanding of:
Audit methodologiesand developing important internal audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.
Risk and control programs.
Business processes such asAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Revenue with knowledge of accounting operationsand/orfinancial frameworks.
Commonly used International Professional Practices Framework, including COSO and PCAOB.
Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance.
The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIAs) code of ethics and compliance requirements.
Experience performingdocumentation of findings andsummarizingrecommendations.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, or business-related field).
1+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, risk and control programs, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or similar a plus.

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$66,000.00 - $99,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
$2,000The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$68,000.00 - $101,000.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
